Simply speaking, a serviced office is similar to a hotel, where the cost of renovations and maintenance to the interior, office furniture, telephone, fax, fiber optic internet, electricity and secretarial services are all included in a monthly fee. Clients are not required to commit to a one or two years long term tenancy agreement, rather we provide you with very flexible lease terms and offer you office space for as little as one person or up to 50 people to suit your needs.
Our offices are fully equipped and furnished with telephone, fax, fast and reliable fiber optics internet and many other features ready for use. You are also allowed to bring your own office furniture, telephone number or office equipment into the office without any extra cost charged. Our friendly environment will also make coming to work something enjoyable each day. Long term or short term rental serviced offices of various sizes and views are immediately available. Our serviced office is a total office solution so that you will be able to run your business within a professional environment and be able to control your costs as we will provide you with the services you need.
