Notice of Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2018
Due to the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2018 on 1st March 2018, your company should prepare additional documentations to fulfill the requirement. Failure to comply with the obligations is a criminal offense. The company and every responsible person of the company are liable to a fine at level 4 (i.e. HKD25,000), and there is a further daily fine of HKD700 where applicable.
