Wingate’s new Japan business center is in a location within short walking distance of Kiyose Station, Tokyo, Japan, where we now have numbers of customers using most of our offices. We only have few offices and shop space available. Each tenant will have a company name plate put at the business center's entrance, their individual mailbox (with company name) and they will also have their company name plate on their office’s wooden door to meet the requirements for the business manager visa.  Just a monthly fee, no guarantor.  We are having a grand opening special offer of office monthly rental fee ranging from HK$2,800 up, this fee includes services such as office desks, chairs, water, electricity usage and Wi-Fi. We hope all our Wingate Japan offices will be 100% occupied for a long period of time, just as in Wingate Hong Kong!
